Butter and milk cake

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams milk powder
  • 200 grams butter (at room temperature)
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 orange 
Materials:
  • Mixing bowl 
  • Baking tin 10x15 cm 
  • Greaseproof paper
  • Grater

Instructions:
  1. Grate the orange and weigh all the ingredients.

  2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

  3. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a ball.

  4. Put the greaseproof paper in the baking tray and put the dough in it.

  5. Press the dough with a wet hand to distribute it evenly everywhere.

  6. Bake the butter and milk cake for 40 minutes and allow to cool down.
