- 200 grams milk powder
- 200 grams butter (at room temperature)
- 200 grams flour
- 1 egg
- 200 grams sugar
- 1 orange
- Mixing bowl
- Baking tin 10x15 cm
- Greaseproof paper
Grate the orange and weigh all the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a ball.
Put the greaseproof paper in the baking tray and put the dough in it.
Press the dough with a wet hand to distribute it evenly everywhere.
Bake the butter and milk cake for 40 minutes and allow to cool down.
