Using dairy in confectionery and chocolate production has several advantages for texture and taste, among others. For instance, whole milk powder gives full and creamy flavour to chocolate and interacts with cocoa butter. Our milk powders have a low moisture content, which benefits the chocolate production process.

Blending plant Barneveld

Our milk powders are also used in the production of various cocoa drinks. From our blending plant in Barneveld, we can also offer our customers blends of milk powder with cocoa.

Roller dried full cream milk powder
Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods has entered an exclusive, multi-year partnership with the German dairy cooperative Meiereigenossenschaft eG Viöl. Viöl will produce roller dried full cream milk powder for Vreugdenhil, specifically tailored for use in the global chocolate industry.
