Full cream milk powder (FCMP) is a dairy product made by evaporating water from full cream milk, followed by spraydrying. It retains most of the nutritional properties of fresh milk, including fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, but in a concentrated form.

We produce a wide variety of full cream milk powders with different properties, available in various packaging formats and suited for different applications.

FCMP may be used in many applications such as in dairy drinks and desserts, confectionery, ice cream and chocolate.

Fat filled powder (FFP) is a blend of skimmed milk and vegetable fat in powdered form. It is a cost-effective alternative to full cream milk powder (FCMP) and is used either reconstituted or as an alternative for in similar applications to FCMP. 

FFP may be used for yoghurt, dairy drinks and desserts, confectionary, cheese, ice cream, chocolate and used with water as a cost effective replacer for reconstituted full cream milk.

  • Different levels of fat available varying from 18% to 43%. Tailor made recipes are possible.  
  • Protein 10%– 26%. Other options are possible.

Skimmed milk powder (SMP) is produced by spray drying skimmed milk. We produce a large variety of high-quality SMP customized for specific applications.Our SMP finds it way in the European market, but is also exported to all continents to be used in applications such as dairy drinks and desserts, confectionery, bakery, cheese, ice cream and chocolate.

Cream

Cream is derived from the separation of raw milk into skim milk and cream. The cream is then pasteurized at temperatures exceeding 80˚C before being rapidly cooled to ±6˚C. Subsequently, the cream is stored in our tanks on site before being loaded for transport. The industrial standard concerning the fat content of cream is 40%. Cream is frequently utilized to boost taste and flavor, contribute to texture, exhibit emulsifying properties, and provide whitening effects. 

Cream may be used in many applications such as butter and butter oil (AMF), ice cream, chocolate, fresh dairy products such as whipped- and cooking cream, sauces, soups, beverages and cream emulsions etc.

Cream powder

Cream powder is a dry, powdered form of cream. In some applications it can be used as a convenient alternative to liquid milk fat, AMF or butter. It is often used in various culinary applications, such as soups, sauces, ice cream, chocolate, cookies,pastries and fillings

Tendra® Fava Protein Isolate by Cosun Protein

Tendra is a Fava Bean Protein Isolate made with a unique, purification process. Tendra is well known for it’s outstanding solubility and emulsification properties. In addition, the very mild and neutral taste of Tendra makes this ingredient well suitable for, for example, plant based beverages, sports nutrition, ice cream, (cream) cheeses and dressings.

In addition to our range of regular milk powders, we also offer a variety of functional blends, often a combination of milk and whey proteins. Next to that we also have options to replace milk fat with vegetable fat.

In various applications such as ice cream, bakery mixes, dairy drinks but also confectionary and ready meals, there are significant advantages for choosing a functional blend. Besides functional, it can also be an affordable alternative to for example skimmed- or whole milk powder.

Our own brands

Two Cows is available as instant full cream milk powder (28%), semi-skimmed milk powder (14%), and skimmed milk powder (1%). It can be enriched with vitamins A and D3 and is available in sachets and tins.

Hollandia Street is available as instant full cream milk powder (28%) and can be enriched with vitamins A and D3. It is packed in sachets and tins.

Holland Horizon is a more affordable milk powder. It is an instant fat-filled powder (28%) enriched with vitamins A, C, and D3, as well as zinc and iron.
