The activities of Vreugdenhil cover the entire production chain. For the purchase of dairy commodities, non-dairy products, and the sale of our products we adhere to different conditions: MPC conditions, General Purchase Conditions, Delivery Terms and Conditions of Pasteurised and Dry Dairy Products, Supplier Code, Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy.

The MPC conditions (2017) with accompanying MPC Arbitration Regulations from Gemzu in The Hague, filed with the District Court of The Hague on 15 November 2017 under number 53/2017, as well as the General Purchase Conditions, filed with the Chamber of Commerce under the legal entity Industrie- en Handelsonderneming Vreugdenhil B.V. (CoC-number: 09040933), are applicable to all of our inquiries, contracts, quotes, order confirmations and other (juristic) acts. In case of conflict or uncertainty, the General Purchasing Conditions prevail over the MPC conditions. The General Purchasing Conditions are applicable to all Dutch legal entities belonging to the Vreugdenhil Group.

The Supplier Code helps to implement the Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods business principles by determining specific minimum standards. This concerns such things as social responsibility and integrity. We ask our suppliers to sign our Supplier Code.

The Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods Code of Conduct describes what we consider important for good behaviour, with the law and our norms and values serving as the basis for this.

The Human Rights Policy defines the most important standards for Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods and forms the basis to help us understand, avoid and address human rights-related risks.
